(INDIANAPOLIS) – Two Indiana politicians have filed to run for office in 2024.
Republican U.S. Senator Mike Braun has submitted his paperwork to run for Governor of Indiana, while Republican U.S. Congressman Jim Banks has filed to run for the U.S. Senate. It’s the Senate seat that Braun has filled.
Currently, there are eight candidates that are seeking to be Governor of Indiana, in addition to Braun. They include current Lt. Governor Suzanne Crouch, Brad Chambers, Eric Doden, Curtis Hill and Jamie Reitenour, who are all Republicans; Libertarian candidate Donald Rainwater and Independent candidate Christopher Stried.
