(COLON) – The Colon track teams hosted the SCAA West Division Championship with the Lady Magi finishing third and the boys came in fifth. For the Colon girls, Macey Burgess was first in the high jump and part of the winning 1600 meter relay team. She was also second in the 300 meter hurdles and part of the second place 800 meter relay team. Lily Preston was also part of the winning 1600 meter relay team and third in the 400 meters. Allison Vinson won the shot put and Reese Williams took first place in the long jump. In the boys events, Wyatt Downs finished third in the discus and Gavin Minor was fourth in the 3200 meter relay.
