
(BRONSON TOWNSHIP) – A police chase ended with the arrest of a Bronson man.
The Branch County Sheriff’s Office says at 4:30 PM Tuesday, deputies tried to stop a vehicle in Gilead Township. The auto drove off, with deputies in pursuit.
The chase went through several townships, and finally ended at a residence just off Holmes Road in Bronson Township. Deputies arrested 24 year old Reece Prough and charged him with fleeing and eluding. Further investigation found there were several arrest warrants issued for Prough.
He is being held in the Branch County Jail.
