(CENTREVILLE) – Several awards were handed our recently to deputies with the St. Joseph County Sheriff’s Office.
Undersheriff Jason Bingaman issued the awards during a summer celebration on July 3.
Employee of the Month Awards were given to Deputy Brooke Bingaman, Deputy Veronica Hoggard, Deputy Devantae Jennings, Deputy Kevin Penn, Deputy Jesse Raymond, Deputy Spencer Schrader (who has since been promoted to the rank of Sergeant), and Deputy Ethan Warren.
Lifesaving awards were given to Deputy Zach Radtke and White Pigeon Police Officer Matt Hanson.
Bingaman says the hard work and dedication displayed by those receiving awards is outstanding. Bingaman says he knows each and every person who comes to work is committed to keeping our community safe and he appreciates everything they do.
