(MASON TOWNSHIP) – One person is in custody on drug and weapon charges.
On Friday, the Cass County Drug Enforcement Team executed a search warrant in the 19,000 block of State Line Road in Mason Township. While searching the residence, detectives found meth, meth paraphernalia and a firearm.
They arrested a 38 year old man for possession of meth and felony firearm. The suspect’s name is not being released pending his arraignment in Cass County District Court.
Assisting with the search was the Cass County Sheriff’s Office. The investigation is continuing.
