(ELKHART) – A crash between a motorcycle and a pick up took the life of an individual.
The Elkhart Police Department says the crash happened at 7:15 PM Sunday in the 1600 block of Cassopolis Street. A motorcycle was heading north on Cassopolis Street and struck a pick up that was turning left in front of him.
The motorcyclist, identified as a man in his early 20’s, was taken to an area hospital, and later died from his injuries.
The driver of the pick up was not injured. The incident is still under investigation.
