(LAGRANGE) – The LaGrange County Commission is working with a man to get his property cleaned up.

Shaver testified that he did contact the property owner Thomas Tribbett, who said he would get the situation taken care of. As Shaver kept checking on the property, he saw the vehicles had their tires inflated and were plated. While some other of the violations have been taken care of Shaver says others still remain.
Tribbett testifies to the Commission about what he’s done to take care of these infractions. LINKD.
Tribbett says he will continue to take care of the other violations.
The County Commission voted unanimously to allow Tribbett another 60 days to finish getting the property cleaned up. A fine of $800 will still be enforced against Tribbett, but could be modified or waived if the property is cleaned up.
