(COLDWATER TOWNSHIP) – A Coldwater woman was sent to the hospital following a two vehicle crash.
The Branch County Sheriff’s Office says a van was heading south on North Fiske Road at 2:52 Friday afternoon. The driver, 31 year old Shelby Miller of Coldwater went through the stop sign at the intersection of Newton Road and struck an eastbound SUV driven by 21 year old Cheyanne Howard of Litchfield, who had the right of way.
Miller was initially treated at the scene by Life Care Ambulance and then transported to ProMedica Coldwater Regional Hospital. Howard was not injured.
Also assisting at the scene was the Coldwater Fire Department.
