(STURGIS) – Sturgis City Manager Andrew Kuk updated the City Commission on the goals they set for him for 2024.
During the October 23 Commission meeting, Kuk began his update with Goal #1, Personal Policies And Procedures and the first objective under that goal. LINKC.
The other objective was implementing policies related to personnel matters and a complete revision of the employee handbook. Kuk says that will be brought to the Commission in November.
The next goal was Staff Succession Planning, specifically for upcoming staff vacancies. Kuk says this is something that will consistently be looked at. LINKD.
The third goal is Modernizing The City Website and Online Presence. Kuk says the City is working with a company to handle this and should be coming online soon.
The fourth goal is to Update And Improve Communication Flow With The City Commission. Kuk says he is continuing to work in this area to make sure the Commission has the most updated information from the City.
