(CENTREVILLE) – The White Pigeon track teams were in action at the Centreville Invitational, with the Lady Chiefs finishing fourth and the boys sixth. For the girls, Ava Sowards-Haack was first in the discus. Sadie McDaniel came in second in the shot put while Jennifer Zehr was third in the 300 meter hurdles and eighth in the long jump. In the boys events, Jordan Pisco was first in the high jump and second in both the 110 meter hurdles and the long jump. Mekhi Singleton came in second in the 400 meters and eighth in the 100 meters. Jack Williams was third in both the 800 meters and the 1600 meters. The 400 meter relay team came in first and the 1600 meter relay team was second.
