(VANDALIA) – A search of a Cass County house led to the arrest of four people on drug related charges.

At 1:36 PM on May 30, the Cass County Drug Enforcement Team and the Cass County Sheriff's Office executed a search warrant in the 17000 block of East State Street in Vandalia. While searching the residence, detective’s located methamphetamine, and methamphetamine paraphernalia.

Detectives arrested a 53 year old man, a 63 year old women, a 53 year old woman and a 35 year old woman. The man was arrested for possession of methamphetamine. The 63 year old female was arrested for possession methamphetamine and maintaining a drug house. The 53 year old and 35 year old women were arrested for possession of methamphetamine.

The investigation is still ongoing.
