
(CENTREVILLE) – St. Joseph County voters will be presented with a renewal of the 911 Central Dispatch millage on Tuesday.
Central Dispatch Director Stacey Bower wants to emphasize that this is a millage renewal, and a reduction in the millage amount. LINKC.
Funds generated by the millage support maintenance of the 911 telephone services; 24-7 emergency dispatch operations for police, fire and EMS and after hours emergency contact for essential services.	
Former Emergency Services Manager Erin Goff says the Central Dispatch millage is used not only for the every day needs of the department but other tasks as well. LINKD.
If approved, the renewal would be in effect from January 2026 through December 2030.
Polls will be open Tuesday from 7 AM until 8 PM.
