(SOUTH BEND) - An Elkhart woman will serve seven years for robbing a Goshen bank.
According to online Federal court documents, 29 year old Undrea House was given the sentence after she entered a plea of guilty to a count of bank robbery and one count of brandishing a firearm during a crime of violence. Following her prison term, she will have three years of supervised release.
In August 2024, House entered the 1st Source Bank on Elkhart Road in Goshen, pointed a loaded handgun at an employee and then demanded money.
She got away with over $1,000, then returned to her apartment. She was found there later that same day and was arrested.
