(LAGRANGE) - The host Lakeland girls basketball team picked up an NECC win over Prairie Heights 36-31. Ketelyn Ryan led the Lady Lakers with 13 points and 2 steals. Dulce Canedo had 9 points and 5 steals as Lakeland improves to 2-1 overall and 1-0 in the NECC. Prairie Heights is now 1-4 overall and 0-3 in the conference.
