(MIDDLEBURY) - The Lakeland girls and boys track teams were in action at the Northridge "Carmon Cripe" Relays on Saturday. The Lady Lakers finished third and the boys were sixth. For the girls, Carmen Rettig was second in the 100 meter hurdles. Caitlyn Maguire was third in the long jump and the high jump. Lana Van Koevering was fourth in the 1600 meters while Ella Huppenthal finished fourth in the discus and the shot put. The 400 meter relay team, the 800 meter relay team and the 800 meter spring medley teams all finished second. In the boys events, Memphis Martin was first in the 1600 meters. Bryar Alleshouse was third in the long jump while Jake Thompson finished fourth in the 110 meter hurdles. Mason Howard took fourth in the high jump and Keegan Merrifield was eighth in the discus.
