(OVID TOWNSHIP) - A man was injured in a weekend tubing accident.
The Branch County Sheriff's Office says their Marine Patrol Deputies were called out at 4 PM Sunday for a tubing accident involving injuries on Coldwater Lake.
Investigators say the victim, a 35 year old Bronson man, was removed from the water by bystanders and brought to shore. Life Care Ambulance personnel provided medical treatment at the scene and then transported the victim to Insight Hospital & Medical Center in Coldwater for evaluation and treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
The incident is still under investigation.
