(BRONSON) - The 56th and 2026 Bronson Polish Festival is underway.
The annual celebration started Thursday with the Opening Ceremonies and Kick Off at St. Mary's Church Gym. The 2026 Royal Court was named. This year's King is Dennis Sikorski; Queen is Sarah Hagen; Prince is Drew McConn; Princess is Zoey Daws; Jr. Prince is Kolton Losinski and Jr. Princess is Caroline Reed.
Today's activities and events include Kids Day Events at Douglas Park which includes free food and games for all ages including a bike raffle at 12 PM.
Polish food will be served from 11 AM until 9 PM at various locations around Bronson. Also at 11 AM there will be craft and food vendors in the downtown area.
At 1 PM there will be free kids rides and games in the Bronson Library parking lot, then at 2 PM at the Library parking lot there will be the kids pedal pull.
The turkey and Polish sausage dinner starts at 4 PM at the First Congregational Church. At 5 PM you can play Bingo under the pavilion in the downtown area.
Starting at 6 PM the men's softball tournament gets underway at Greenwald Park, and the co-ed softball tournament starts at Kiwanis Park.
The Parking Lot Party behind Smitty's Pizza starts at 7 PM, and at dusk the Fireworks will be lit off at Ryan School.
