(STURGIS) - Vicksburg scored on their first six possession as the No. 3 Bulldogs cruised to a 49-7 Wolverine Conference win over the host Sturgis Trojans. Sturgis' lone touchdown came early in the third quarter thanks to the legs of quarterback Beckett Lamb, who had 11 carries for 41 yards on the night. Christian Alvez had 11 carries for 10 yards as the Trojans were held to 68 yards of total offense. Beckett Lamb and Ayden Hamilton each had 7 tackles as Sturgis falls to 1-3 overall and 0-2 in the Wolverine Conference. Vicksburg improves to 4-0 and 2-0 in the Conference.
