(BATTLE CREEK) - The preliminary hearing for a Sturgis business woman has been rescheduled once again.
Calhoun County District Court officials say the preliminary hearing for Carrie VanDeventer-Douponce has been rescheduled for October 7.
The 49 year old VanDeventer-Douponce was arrested on charges of First Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct and Fourth Degree Child Abuse. She remains free after posting bond.
