(BRANCH COUNTY) – Authorities say the same vehicle used in a break in early Monday morning north of Coldwater was also involved in another incident.
Branch County Undersheriff Keith Eichler says a motorist was driving by the Top Ten Percent Hunting building on U.S. 12 west of Coldwater at 8:30 Monday morning and saw a large window had been busted out and called 911.
The building was not open at the time of the incident, and Eichler says the owners were contacted. And inventory is being done, and it appears some items were taken.
Video tape says a tan and gold Kia Soul was seen at the store.
The same vehicle was also used around 1 AM Monday to drive through the front doors of Broadheads And Bullets at 695 North Marshall Road in Coldwater Township. According to Michigan State Police from the Marshall Post, troopers are looking for two individuals in that incident that were seen on a surveillance tape.
