(UNDATED) – A suspect is in custody for trying to break into a some Cass County dwellings.
At 2:17 PM Thursday, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office was contacted about a man who appeared to be attempting to break into residences. Deputies responded to the scene and found a 39 year old man.
As they searched his vehicle, deputies located stolen property.
The man was arrested on a charge of breaking and entering into an unoccupied dwelling.
