(DOWAGIAC) – A Cassopolis man has been arrested in connection with an incident in March that happened in Dowagiac.
The Dowagiac Police say the 22 year old Jayunte Franklin reportedly admitted to firing a weapon out of a vehicle on East Wayne Street on March 15 just after 9 PM. No injuries were reported.
Police say Franklin was arraigned in Cass County District Court on charges of discharging a weapon from a vehicle, carrying a concealed weapon and felony firearm.
Franklin is being held at the Cass County Jail on a $10,000 bond.
