Over the weekend, Steuben County saw 11 arrests for various offenses. The individuals arrested are accused of a range of crimes, from traffic-related misdemeanors to a felony charge.
Arrests and Charges
Miguel A. Cervantes Chavez, 36, of Sturgis, Michigan, was arrested on State Road 120 and charged with a Class C misdemeanor for operating a vehicle without a license.
Victoria M. Collins, 31, of Orland, was arrested on 800 West and charged with a Class C misdemeanor for operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
Anthony S. Corbin, 32, of Goshen, was arrested on Broad Street and faces a Class A misdemeanor charge of theft.
Christopher L. Draper, 44, of South Bend, was arrested at the Sheriff's Office and charged with a Level 6 felony for criminal contempt of court.
Luis E. Flores Mondragon, 53, was arrested on State Road 327 and charged with a Class C misdemeanor for operating a vehicle without a license.
Shane P. Garrity, 32, of Fremont, was arrested on State Road 827 and charged with a Class A misdemeanor for driving while intoxicated with endangerment.
Samuel Gonzalez, 20, of Michigan, was arrested on North Wayne Street and charged with a Class C misdemeanor for operating a vehicle without a license.
