Bronson softball wins Division 3 District Title
(UNION CITY) – Bronson won a Division 3 District softball title by beating Quincy 11-0 in the semifinals and then knocking off Homer 13-5 in the District finals. In the semifinal game, Addison Harris and Ashlynn Harris combined to throw a no-hitter for the Lady Vikings, combining for 3 strikeouts and 1 walk in five innings of work. Addison Harris got the game two win, going 7 innings and giving up 6 hits, 5 runs, walking 3 and striking out 4. At the plate, Brealyn Lasky and Lydia Wells each had 3 RBI while Ashlynn Harris, Kaylee Wilber and Addison Harris each had 2 RBI. Bronson is now 27-13 and will face Kalamazoo Christian in a Division 3 Regional semifinal at Watervliet.
