
Lakeland beats Angola 38-37
(ANGOLA) – Lakeland bounced back from last week’s loss by traveling to Angola and beating the host Hornets 38-37 in an NECC Big School Division contest. Sean Conley had 14 carries for 269 yards and 3 touchdowns for the Lakers. LINKC. Carson Mickem had 8 carries for 76 yards. Brayden Holbrook was 7 for 11 for 70 yards and a touchdown along with an interception. Lakeland is now 4-1 overall and 1-1 in the NECC Big School Division. Angola falls to 0-5 and 0-2 in the Division.
