No. 6 White Pigeon falls to No. 1 OL Whiteford 54-6 in Regional Finals
(OTTAWA LAKE) – For the second straight year, White Pigeon met up with Ottawa Lake Whiteford in a Division 8 Regional Championship game. And for the second straight year, it was Ottawa Lake getting the win as the No. 1 Bobcats beat the No. 6 Chiefs 54-6. The Bobcats scored on every possession, and had two defensive scores, one on a fumble recovery and one on an interception. White Pigeon scored on the final play of the game with a 4 yard touchdown from Zach Royce. LINC. White Pigeon ends their season at 11-1. Whiteford is 12-0 and will face either Riverview Gabriel Richard or No. 10 Clarkston Everest Collegiate in a State Semifinal game.
