(BATTLE CREEK) – The Sturgis girls swim and dive team won the B.C. Central Bearcat Invitational. Kaylee Draper had a State Cut time in the 100 backstroke of 1:03.18, taking first in the event. She was also first as part of the 400 freestyle relay team with Ainsley Gump, Hannah Garbine and Emma Garbine. Gump took first in the 200 freestyle and the 500 freestyle, while Chloe Clark was first in the 50 freestyle and the 100 breaststroke.
