(VERMONTVILLE) – The Bronson softball team traveled to Maple Valley and swept the host Lady Lions in a Big 8 double header 18-0 and 22-0. Ashlynn Harris pitched a no hitter in game one going 3 innings with 8 strikeouts and a walk. Madison Shaw pitched a no hitter in game two, striking out 7 and walking 2 in 3 innings of work. At the plate, Braelynn Gimenez had 2 home runs and 5 RBI. Roni Bir had 4 RBI while Lydian Wells had 3 RBI and several other Vikings had 2 RBI on the day. Bronson is now 5-3 overall and 4-0 in the Big 8.
