(STURGIS) – The Sturgis girls tennis team hosted the 2025 Wolverine Conference Tournament and finished fourth on the day. Edwardsburg was first, Vicksburg second and Otsego was third. Paw Paw came in fifth, followed by Niles in sixth place, Three Rivers seventh and Plainwell eighth. Gracie Perry of Sturgis was Conference Champion at Second Singles, while Marlee Smith and Mazie Sterling were Conference Champs at Third Doubles. Finishing second was Hannah Ritchie and Lilly Whitehead at Fourth Doubles. For the season, Edwardsburg finished first, Vicksburg second and Sturgis was third. Otsego was fourth, Paw Paw fifth, Niles sixth, Plainwell seventh and Three Rivers eighth.
