(BRONSON TOWNSHIP) – Multiple charges have been filed against a Bronson Township man.
In a media release, the Southwest Enforcement Team says on Thursday they executed a search warrant at a house on Burr Oak Road. Officers say they found amphetamines, mushrooms, hydrocodone, Clonazepam and possible LSD.
Arrested was 35 year old Robert Pierre Daggs. While searching him, officers found alleged meth and cocaine and a pistol that police discovered had been stolen.
Daggs was arraigned in Branch County District Court on felony charges of delivery and manufacture of meth; delivery and manufacture of cocaine; possession of a controlled substance; maintaining a drug house; and carrying a concealed weapon.
Daggs is being held in the Branch County Jail with bond set at $10,000. He is scheduled to have a probable cause conference on April 10 and a preliminary exam on April 17.
