(LAGRANGE) – Some more steps have been taken to move two LaGrange County road projects forward.
Monday morning, LaGrange County Highway Engineer Tharon Morgan presented a work order to the County Commission for a project at an intersection. LINKC.
Morgan says she did get funds from RDC in the amount of $33,250 to start the work. She says she is waiting to hear from the County Council on approval of the project.
In a separate matter, Morgan presented an amendment to an agreement on another project. LINKD.
Morgan says the price has gone up and down in some portions of the agreement. The original cost was $472,080 and the new cost is $497,125.
The Commissioners approved both proposals by unanimous votes.
