(STURGIS) - Thurston Woods Village is excited to announce that Stacy Sharp has accepted a newly created position of Nurse Practitioner.
Thurston Woods CEO Tim Stoll says, they have always put quality of care as the highest priority, and because of that, they have earned the reputation as the leader in senior living and care services. Stoll says they have added the Nurse Practitioner position to enhance their already great quality and to improve access to care for the residents living on their campus.
Sharp currently works at Revolution Health’s Colon Clinic as a Board Certified Gerontology Nurse Practitioner. She has a passion for serving older adults, which aligns perfectly with the Thurston Woods mission.
Sharp’s past experience at Thurston Woods as both a CNA and a Nurse give her a well-rounded perspective and puts her in a unique position to understand and appreciate the work of everyone involved in the plan of care.
Sharp says accepting this position at Thurston Woods is like coming home.
Sharp is a graduate of Glen Oaks Community College and earned her Masters of
Science in Nursing from Spring Arbor University. She’ll begin her new role with Thurston Woods Village on November 17.
