Colon gets first win over Athens 21-6
(ATHENS) – Colon made the road trip to Athens and won their first game of the season, 21-6 in an SCAA 8 Man Red Division contest. Jeremiah West 8 had carries for 80 yards and a score. He was also 6 of 12 for 87 yards and another TD and an interception. Carter Persons 3 receptions for 45 yards and a score, along with a 63 yard fumble recovery for a score Jonny Greenwald had 11 tackles on defense and Michael House had 9 tackles. Colon is now 1-6 and 1-2 in the Red Division. Athens drops to 0-7 and 0-4 in the Division.
