(POKAGON TOWNSHIP) – One person was injured in a two vehicle crash in Cass County’s Pokagon Township.
The Cass County Sheriff’s Department says 75 year old Patrick Dvorak of South Bend was traveling east on Pokagon Highway at 12:29 PM Friday and failed to stop at the intersection of M-51. He was struck by a southbound vehicle driven by 44 year old David Gregory, also of South Bend.
Gregory was taken by ambulance to Corewell Niles Hospital to be treated for his injuries. No word was given on if Dvorak was injured or not.
Both drivers were wearing their safety belts at the time of the accident. The Pokagon Fire Department and SMCAS Ambulance assisted at the scene.
