As a result of the investigation, 38 year old Joseph McDowell was arrested and taken to the Steuben County Jail on preliminary charges of two counts of child exploitation of a child under the age of 12; five counts of possession of child pornography of a child under the age of 12; and one count of unlawful possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon.
