(BRYAN) - A Williams County Grand Jury has indicted a Bryan man on attempted murder charges. Rowan Seidman, 20, is accused of stabbing his 18-year-old brother in the neck at a home on South Main Street on September 23. The victim sustained critical injuries in the attack. Seidman also faces charges of Felonius Assault and Felonius Assault with a Deadly Weapon and is being held on $500,000 bond at the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio. He is due to be arraigned Oct. 16.
