(MILTON TOWNSHIP) – Michigan State Police are investigating a fatal crash that a happened in Cass County’s Milton Township.
Troopers from the Niles Post say at 6 AM Friday, a vehicle was heading east on U.S 12 near Oak Lane when it crossed the centerline and collided with a westbound automobile.
The driver of the eastbound vehicle, a 29 year old Niles women, was pronounced dead at the scene. The other driver sustained minor injuries.
Both drivers were wearing their seatbelts at the time of the crash, which remains under investigation.
