(STURGIS) – Monday night was the final Sturgis Board of Education meeting for Dr. Kerri Millett.

After 24 years on the Board, Millett decided to not run for another term this past November. Superintendent Dr. Art Ebert shared with the audience a story about Millett from when he first started in Sturgis. LINKC.

Board members shared how Millett was the one to welcome them and share information and insight on Sturgis Public Schools.

Millett says she’s enjoyed her time on the Board and will always champion Sturgis Public Schools. LINKD.

Justin Kellermeier will assume Millett’s seat on the Board of Education in January 2025.
