(ELKHART COUNTY) – One of the three people injured in a two vehicle crash in Northern Indiana has died from their injuries.
The Elkhart County Sheriff’s Office says 24 year old Christopher Chadwick of Elkhart died on Thursday.
Deputies were called to a two vehicle crash at 5:50 AM Wednesday. Chadwick was traveling east on State Road 120 east of County Road 17 when he crossed the center line and struck a westbound vehicle. Chadwick was taken to the hospital with head and internal injuries.
The driver of the second vehicle, a 71 year old man, and his 69 year old passenger, were also taken to the hospital complaining of body pain.
The incident is still being investigated by the Elkhart County Crash Investigation Team.
